Anime suggestions! please! Can u help?

Hi, I’m running out of animes to watch! In fact i’m already done watching all of them! I really need some anime suggestions however no one really have the anime i was really looking for. I want animes that are similar to:
-Shugo Chara
-Saiunkoku Monogatari
-Gakuen Alice
-Kodocha
-Peach Girl
-Wallflower
-Boys over flower
(Anything that is similar to those animes)
What i want in my anime:
-Harem(If possible, 1 girl with multiple of guys)
-Comedy(Must have some at least, i love to laugh)
-Romance(I love to laugh but romance is a must have)
-Drama(if possible)
-Good illustration.
-Good dialogue and plot
-Must be Shojo manga(meaning it’s mostly aiming for teen girls.)
What i don’t want:
-Action(Don’t want that, only if the girl is fighting along with the guys)
-Adventure (Don’t want that, if it’s like inuyasha then yea that’s acceptable)
-Magic( Anything but that! It depends thou, if it is a good anime)
-NO SHOUNEN ANIME OR ANYTHING THAT’S AIMING FOR BOYS TO READ(Especially that! Example: Naruto, Death note, Bleach, DBZ, etc.)
-No yaoi, or yuri.

Also please i would like the main character to be a girl.
And i also don’t want the guy in the anime to be weaker then the main character. He has to be cool too. And please i don’t like the animes with droppy eyes, I want some kind of illustration thats similar to skip beat, kaichou maid-sama, full moon wo sagashite, etc. And i dont want the girl to be too weak. I want her to be strong willed
School Rumble and Ouran! theyre amazing! School rumble is especially hilarious!
You’ve watched a lot of anime!! But out of all that anime, you haven’t watched Kaichou wa Maid-sama?! You should really watch it. I think it’s an anime that you’d really like. It’s kind of similar to Special A, but I think it’s better. There’s a lot of funny moments, and it’s just a really good romance anime!:
Seika High School, once an all-boys school notorious for its wild students and for generally being a terrifying place for girls, has recently become a co-ed school. With the female population still a minority and living in fear of the over-the-top antics of the males, Misaki Ayuzawa takes it into her own hands to reform the school and allow the girls to feel safe in the rough environment.

B Gata H Kei – a beautiful high school girl… who wants 100 s*x buddies! she meets a guy tho and is then determined to have sex with him and only him… it’s HILARIOUS!
Bokura ga Ita – an extremely romantic anime series. It’s a must see… The art isn’t that good but the story is friggin amazing! There’s plenty of comedy that’ll make u laaugh ur ass off!
Shuffle! – harem, romance… it’s pretty funny and has what u want… Harem! It’s about a guy who lives with his childhood friend. A daughter of the king of gods and the daughter of the king of devils want hi to marry their daughters! A funny and touching anime.

Eh personally I’m a Yu Yu Hakusho type of girl, but uhh I would go with Loveless or Air master for you…matter of fact, chobits is pretty girly, instant teen also….
