Is goldfish and koi care any different?

I’m going to put some fish in my huge pond, and I want to know the proper care for goldfish and koi. I was going to get just goldfish, but I thought I’d look into koi any way. Just to see. Is their care any different from goldfish care?
Not really.
They are closely related and like the same condtions. Koi just get much bigger, but as long as your pond is big enough thats OK. They can live together in a pond as long as the goldfish are large enough to not be eaten.

goldfish and koi care are similar but differ slightly
- koi will need more room than goldfish
- goldfish are dirtier than koi are
- most food for koi is for color and growth enhancing
but care for the two species are similar
p.s. orfe would also go good with koi and goldfish
